Grant Skinner has put together a good post describing his take on open source software licensing as it applies to producing commerical Flex applications.  The list has grown to include most of the popular players in the space including GPL, LGPL, MIT, BSD, Apache, and more.  If you’re interested in using some of the community latest libraries for your Flex applications, his write-up can shed a lot of light on the legal perspective of this issue.
