We’ve put together the topics for the next Adogo meeting being held on September 4, 2007. This month will mark the initial meeting of a series of presentations entitled “Ideas on Software Configuration Management” (ISCM). The topics for our next meeting are as follows:

  • [ISCM Series] Common Revision Control Practices with Subversion – Brian LeGros
  • ColdCourse : SES URL’s for ColdFusion – Adam Fortuna

We had a lot of success at our last meeting with 2 topics being presented, so we wanted to continue in this format. In an effort to still provide an eclectic blend of topics each meeting, we will be spanning the presentations for the “IPDE” series over the new few months. We hope to focus on some, if not all, of the following topics:

  • Revision Control (aka source code management)
  • Build Tools
  • Continuous Integration
  • Deployment Automation
  • Software Development Lifecycles (SDLC)
